1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tickiro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Tickiro is an event management and ticketing platform that allows organizers to create, manage, and sell tickets for events, and allows attendees to discover and purchase tickets.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.

4. Payments and Refunds

Ticket purchases are processed through Stripe. Refund policies are set by individual event organizers. Tickiro charges a service fee on each transaction to cover processing costs. If you purchase a ticket for an event with age restrictions that you do not meet, you are not entitled to a refund. It is your responsibility to verify that you meet all eligibility requirements, including age restrictions, before completing a purchase.

5. Event Organizers

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, fulfillment of the event, and compliance with applicable laws. Tickiro is not responsible for the quality or occurrence of any event listed on the Platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: creating fraudulent events, reselling tickets in violation of organizer policies, harassing other users, or attempting to compromise Platform security.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tickiro is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tickiro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
